Printed in both English and Spanish, Crisis Cards have been given to police departments, social service agencies and various community organizations throughout the state with the PA Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics receiving continual requests for additional cards. The Crisis Cards are free of charge and include a card holder for placement on a table or wall.
